Awards and recognition we are most proud of at Home Exterior Systems
We are most proud to earn customer-driven awards.
One might not think that certificates on the wall or trophies on the shelf are all that important. However, we believe many annual customer-driven badges are worth pursuing and sharing with customers. There are many awards available for contractors to pursue. We feel that only a handful are worth sharing from time to time. Not to brag, but to thank you for your support and making it possible for us to be recognized for our team’s hard work.
Not all awards are equally meaningful
Awards that recognize quality and are independently verified by a third-party carry the most weight for you, the customer, and so for us too. Sales achievements are a good sign of a prosperous and growing company. Manufacturer recognition awards also demonstrate that a contractor is keeping up with product development and training their crews and sales team. Community and regional recognition for well-run businesses shows a commitment to solving problems that may arise. Local referral service reviews and ratings can be useful, but these are usually tied to business payment for leads and do not carry the same weight as other awards.

Sales Achievement
Sales achievements are relevant because they indicate that we are completing more projects. Therefore, more people are happy with our work. Material vendors want to reward contractors for representing and implementing their products to high standards. Volume matters too. HES finds that higher sales volume is associated with shorter response times from suppliers and manufacturers, improved product delivery, and faster problem resolution.
Customer Satisfaction & Quality
Quality awards are by far our favorite forms of recognition. It’s great to receive 5-star reviews, but they don’t carry the weight of independent surveys. Independent surveys, such as Guild Quality, provide a clearer view of customer satisfaction. Achieving the Guild Master certificate each year means we’re doing well. We’re also proud to be at the top of the list of Guild Master recipients, among the best of the best contractors. Staying at the top of your game in the contracting business is not easy!
